Youth Baseball Practice Plans – Station-to-station Drill

While coaching 9 & 10 year old little league baseball, many of my 11-players had not had much prior hitting instruction. To get a “bang for the buck” with our limited 1 1/2 hour practice sessions, we used a 4-station approach for our youth baseball practice plans to keep them active and get a lot of repetition.

Baseball Outfield Drills – Post & Flag Fly Balls

I have found that there are a wider variety of drills available to infielders, so I looked for inventive ways to add some spice to the baseball outfield drills. This baseball drill also sneaks in some conditioning!

Baseball Base Running – Base Relay
