This baseball drills involves pulling something heavy while you swing your bat. You can use a weight plate, a sled, or a tire—something heavy to give you some resistance when you swing.
At the end of the hitting drill, get your partner to toss you some balls (without you being attached to the weight), and you’ll feel an improvement in your swinging rotation.
