Youth Baseball Drills – Throwing Baseball Drill

Coming up with new ideas for youth baseball drills can sometimes be a challenge.  Here’s a baseball drill that one of my subscribers sent to me last week. Keep ‘em coming!

Throwing baseball drill for 6-7 year olds.

I divide the kids into equal groups. I taped 2×2 squares on the fence about 10 feet away.

The kids competed to see who could throw baseballs accurately with good form balls inside the square.

We backed up 4-5 feet every practice.

First group to get all inside wins. The kids loved this. This really improved the kids accuracy and confidence.
