Here is one of the best baseball drills that I found for my Little Leaguers.

Using either a soft baseball or tennis ball, have them get in lines either side by side with 5 or so, or in a line one behind the other.

Make them take their gloves off.   Now the idea is to get them to use 2 hands instead of just trying to scope the ball with the gloves.   Roll the ball to them and have them scope it using 2 hands.   Then set their feet and bodies and make them throw to first base.

It has improved infield and outfield for my 7 – 10 year olds immensely.   It has also got them into the habit of using 1 hand if the ball is coming very slowly.   Again instead of them using their gloves and bobbling the ball or taking to much time for the throw.
