Great idea, here’s my [tag]baseball drill[/tag]:

The Windmill – builds speed and agility and the ability to cover bases, makes the players concentrate on accuracy under pressure.

[tag]Baseball coach[/tag] has fungo at home with catcher.
Start with a full infield with the balance of the [tag]baseball[/tag] team extended into the outfield behind third.

Coach hits to short, short fields and throws to first then follows the throw and takes over first as first receives the ball. He releases to second and follows the throw taking over second as second receives the ball; he releases to third then takes over third. Third throws in home and breaks for short, coach hits to short and the process continues.   Tags are made all around and there is a constant continuation of the play.

Coach tries to keep the pace as quick as possible. Accuracy and speed are encouraged.
