In this video, we review a very common swing mechanics error that many [tag]youth baseball[/tag] players make. It’s called the “Swing Bubble”, and results from casting the bat out towards the baseball.
To correct, this mistake, focus on putting the knob of the bat toward the front toe, and sweeping the plate… making sure the sweet spot of the bat comes through the hitting zone with the timing to make solid contact.
