I got the inspiration for this [tag]Tee Ball[/tag] coaching tip from one of my subscribers.   It includes a great motivational idea for your tee-ball players.   Try it out and let me know what you think!Tee Ball

Just like the college football teams do.   I purchased some very inexpensive [tag]baseball[/tag] stickers and showed them to the kids (t-ballers).   Of course they all wanted one.   The catch is, in order to get one you have to work hard and focus during baseball practices as well as games.

After the first [tag]baseball game[/tag], each kid got a sticker to put on the back of their helmet, just like the “big boys” get.   Each and every game thereafter, the kids that worked hard and got put outs etc, got stickers.   I actually had kids come up to me after an out was made, and asked if they get a sticker for that one.

At the end of the baseball season the kid with the most stickers is the MVP, in case of a tie, the kids vote.
