Drill Type:   Baseball Conditioning


This baseball conditioning drill is all about simple quickness, pushing away with quick feet, pushing the hips, keep the core solid.


This is a basic drill using 4 cones.   Set them up three yards apart.


  1. You’re going to start with a sprint forward, then go lateral side to side, and finish with a backpedal.
  2. Push away from the direction you want to go.
  3. Push forward, push side to side, push back.
